On Friday the 20th of November 2020, we invited the dear alumni from our Young Leadership Experience to participate in an online Think Tank.
The purpose of this event was to gather insights and ideas about the YPI’s growth in the coming years, looking specifically at our multi-annual strategy and focusing on the Israeli-Palestinian initiative. But above all, this was an opportunity to (re-)connect with past participants, reflect, share, and discuss. It was a successful event and we are very grateful to the alumni who took time out of their lives to share their insights with us!
This Think Tank was an energising experience, we were excited by the alumni’s enthusiasm and seeing everyone’s willingness to collaborate with us in imagining YPI’s future. We believe that gathering the insights of previous participants of the Young Leadership Experience is truly the best way for us to grow and evolve as an organisation with the participants at the forefront of our mission, and we now have a list of new ideas to reflect on, and start planning how to implement these. Many thanks again to the wonderful alumni who joined the session!
